Ionic stuck in reboot

 I couldn't get it to sync. I eventually hit the bottom right and left button and did a restart. Now it's stuck on the screen with the Fitbit symbol. I have waited 15 min. It eventually synced but now my watch is just froze. I have tried to reboot it 3 additional times with has done absolutely nothing. I thought this was going to be an awesome watch bit I hope I didn't just waste $286.

If you don't get a quick answer on this forum, i would contact the support people of Fitbit.

This should be resolved quickly, or they will (i suppose) offer a replacement.

 

It all should work, at least mine does.
