my Ionic screen has gone blank and will not turn on

Try pressing the left button together with the lower right button untill the logo of Fitbit appears.

It should be withing 15 to 20 seconds or so.

 

Also, does the fitbit app on your phone still sync with the watch?

If yes, the the watch at least still works.
