Last night my Fitbit ionic suddenly turned off and would not turn back on. I put it on the charger and the red battery showed up on the face showing 0%. It was fully charged before this happened. I left it on the charger all night and nothing happened. Today it turned on while on the charger but stayed on 0%. I was able to factory reset while it was on the charger. Still nothing. Turned off phone, tried holding down the buttons, etc like on the YouTube videos. Still nothing. I have reset the watch 3 times and still nothing. Very frustrated
