I just bought a new Ionic and it was working but now I can get it to the wifi it is stuck on fitbit icon please help

@petersen1657 It's great to see you around. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

It's pretty weird that your Ionic is stuck on showing the Fitbit icon. I would like you to try restarting it and if you get it working, please follow these tips to connect it to your Wifi and then confirm you have updated it to the latest firmware version. 

Also, try removing your Ionic from your phone's Bluetooth.
