Hi,
My Ionic is stuck on the startup Fitbit logo. I have tried the bottom restart and factory reset with no luck. I have recently updated to the new iso and don't know if this has something to do with the problem. Can someone pls help?

Some others seem to have this problem as well. Call the number below and explain your specific issues. If deemed defective and under warranty they should replace it. Let me know.

Good day
Thank you. I think I have found the problem. The touch screen is loose from the watch cradle. it keeps popping out of the cradle, i had to use sticky tape to keep it in place for now. I find this very upsetting as the watch is just over a year old and I have barely used it in water. I mostly use the watch for jogging, weight training and day to day (steps etc). I bought the Ionic because it is a Fitbit and is suppose to be a reliable brand of fitness watches.
The problem I have is I live in South Africa and at the moment I'm working in Namibia (South Africa's neighboring country) I will only be going home in March.
Is there a Fitbit accredited agent in South Africa?
