Hi there,
So I have trawled the community and Youtube and I am still not getting any joy.
I woke up from a nap to see my Fitbit Ionic on the fitbit logo. I tried to sync it and saw it last synced on Tuesday. I briefly saw my menu before it went back to the fitbit logo.
I have proceeded to try hard reset and then factory reset it. When I finally got the vibration of a factory reset it did not want to turn back on! After much cursing I got back to the logo. I have been sitting and fighting with this watch for over an hour now.
I got the watch in May. Some guidance please as I use this watch daily to log distance and time for walking/running.
I am in Durban, South Africa so I'm lost as to where I would find customer support here.
