Hi, I have an Ionic fitbit, I done a factory reset, after that I set it up and got to the update part.
Since then I been wait for over an hour fot it to install.
All I get now is the start up logo come on and then off again.
Do any one have any ideas how to fix this?

The Adidas Train app is available only for Ionic Adidas Edition. Can you confirm that you previously had a Fitbit Ionic Adidas Edition?

Yes I can confirm that I did have the Adidas edition. Because the Adidas app has disappeared from the Fitbit app and the Adidas logo has gone from the watch also.
