Ionic stuck on logo screen

Fitbit ionic is stuck on ionic screen.  Tried hitting all 3 buttons while plugged into charger.  Logged out of app.  Nothing works.  Just stuck on that screen.  Let it charge overnight.

 

Time to research a better product or even a better brand

Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. I see where you're coming from. 

I would like you to set up your Ionic as a new device and check if your Ionic's screen works properly after this.

I found someone off line who was able to help me and got the issue resolved only losing a few days of data.
