Ionic stuck on logo screen

Hi, just don’t know what to do anymore!  Reported an issue last Saturday that my ionic was losing time, spent almost 2 hours on live chat with support who basically told me that had reported the problem and I would have to wait.  Called Fitbit on Tuesday and spent another hour on the phone with support telling me there was nothing they could do, they know of the problem and they are waiting for a fix.  Basically the watch is not holding time because it cannot sync to my phone, which incidentally no longer recognises it.  Went on to the Facebook page and it was recommended to do a hard reset, although I had already done one on Saturday and Tuesday I tried it again.  Now my ionic just has the logo displayed and I can’t do anything.  Support ( who in the past have been great by the way) just do not seem interested, they have offered no solution, no guidance not even a replacement to see if the issue persists.  They are saying I just have to wait.  What worries me is that on the Facebook pages they suggest that this is a standard reply to fob you off when they have run through their checklist and don’t have an answer.  Is anybody able to help?  Thanks Rob

I have spoken to support twice, they just are not interested!  I will try and speak with them again tomorrow, I find it amazing that their update can brick a watch but I have to suffer for it.  Over a week now of basically being told tough you have to wait.  I wonder if fit it would wait that long for me if I was providing a service?
