Hi
Over the past few weeks I have found my ionic has required recharging every other day. A couple of days ago, I plugged it in to recharge first thing in the morning and unplugged in the afternoon to wear. That night, when I checked it for the time, I found it was completely dead. I then left it to charge for the best part of a day but it appears to be stuck on the Fitbit logo.
I have performed the usual steps to perform a hard reset (and later, a factory reset), but both actions appear to have no effect. When attempting either, I get a slow flash sequence (a couple of seconds with the logo on, about 10 seconds off), but never get the vibration indicating a successful reset command trigger. When I release the buttons, it goes back to the logo being permanently on, barring the occasional turning off for a few seconds.
Is it possible to get out of this loop and get my ionic functioning again?
Thanks
