Ionic stuck on startup

Sorry its another ionic stuck on startup. I've tried the reset options and still no joy. Iys charged but will only display the logo. This is my 4th fitbit over the years and I can see me getting another as they have all had problems. Please help!

@Ionicwatch Hi there. Thank you for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. 

 

I see where your disappointment is coming from. If your Ionic is stuck on the set up message, please try performing a factory reset, keep in mind that this will delete all the data and apps stored on your watch, after this setting it up again to your account and monitor its functionality.

Watch stuck on fitbit logo this morning without me touching it. Rebooting and trying to go to factory reset has not worked. 

 

This is my third addidas iconic and qiite frankly it is getting beyond a joke. Suspiciously breakdowns happen after running updates....

 

Extremely unhappy with support for this product- just saying factory reset all the time is not support and most importantly doesnt try to understand why these issues happen.

 

Has anyone else had the fitbit logo freeze on the watch screen?
