Ionic sudden rapid battery draining

I have seen prior posts related to sudden rapid Ionic battery draining and have tried all suggestions with no improvement: turned off notifications, put screen at dim, turned fitbit device off and back on, manual sync only, etc.  I have run out of ideas.  I have had the fitbit for about a year and generally the battery life was fine; 3-5 days depending on how often I was tracking an activity.  Now, charging it at 10pm to 100%, by 7am it was down to 18% and dead by 9am. I need some knowledgeable in put on what else can be done.

@ZiggyNVan A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. Since you have tried the recommended procedure but the battery is still draining, I've shared your post with our Support team and someone will contact you as soon as possible. Keep in mind that due to recent events affecting our operations we may take a bit longer to get back to you.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
