My ionic automaticly recognises back stroke where I am actually swimming breast stroke. Is there a way by which I at least can change the stroke in the system when the excercise is registered?

I'd like to mention that swim using any of the 4 most common strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). For best results, we recommend swimming freestyle.

Although inconsistencies in your swim data may be caused by any of the following:

  • You completed only a few laps
  • You stopped to rest multiple times or in the middle of the pool
  • You stopped to rest for longer than 60 seconds after completing a pool length
  • You changed your stroke type midway through a length
  • You swam with a kickboard or without using your arms
  • You swam less than the minimum duration needed for your swim to be automatically recognized

At this moment we don't have the option to edit your swim logs. I was making some research and was able to find this idea that you're suggesting:
