Some weeks when I get the weekly report the data is missing for certain days. I'm assuming that for some reason it isn't syncing despite me being close enough to the laptop for it to sync automatically. Can anyone help with this please, its driving me nuts!

Thanks for reporting that you're having issues with your weekly progress report. Please confirm that you're following all the recommended syncing steps here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Make sure you're syncing at a couple of hours before you get your weekly progress report.
If your Fitbit is syncing every day and still you're not getting all your stats, I'd really appreciate a screenshot of the most recent weekly progress report that you got and the image of your Fitbit Dashboard of the same week.
