Ionic swimming tracker

My ionic is not tracking my swim, does anyone know how to solve this problem. Thanks

Did you started the "Swim" app on the watch before starting ?

If not, you have to swim for 10 mins or so and than the watch will automatically track your swim.

I have tried the swim app, but it only tracked one lap then stopped, I was told this was due to being in an indoor pool, and the Ionic hasn't automatically tracked my swim on any occurrence of me swimming, and I swim for a minimum of 50 minutes or 96 lengths.

Next time do not start app manually, simply start swim and, at the end of the session, you should be able to see your training on the app or on the web panel (not on watch)

That is strange. Try to turn-off/on Ionic and start swim.

It must tracks! (unless there is some hardware problem on your watch)
