So my ionic hasn't synced for 3 days . I've followed the advice by deleting from the Bluetooth list ,going into the app and deleting the ionic from my fitbit account.
Now I can't set the ionic up at all. Its registered on my Bluetooth, it searches for it in the app, finds it, gives me a code & I enter it & that's as far as it goes . it just keeps saying "try again" .
What do I do now??

I'm having the same problem. I put in the code and it just sits there for way too long. There is an update available but I can't put it on my ionic if it can't pair and sync, so if that is supposed to fix these syncing problems idk what to do.

Hi,
I've managed to resolve the sync issue! Its not ideal & may not suit you but I performed a factory reset. Its deleted the device of all settings updates etc.
I then set it up as normal ( as in when you very first set it up) and its worked fine. It paired with Bluetooth and linked . its now back to normal and hopefully its got rid of what ever the issue was. Will see when it updates firmware again.
Other than that it seems ok

I've had much the same issues. Syncing very sporadic/impossible. A factory reset get it going again but a few days later it's no good again. Hope you have better "luck".

Thanks for the reply. It seems ok at the moment and I'll see how it performs whilst training. I've not had it long so there's time for any issues to be resolved properly I hope. Good luck with yours I hope it sorts itself.
I've noticed this morning that its now updated with the latest firmware 27.25.16.7 I so I'll see in a few days
