Connecting Mobil App to Web App

I set up my FitBit on the Mobile app and have had no problems.  It did not start a profile here, so I'm trying to connect the two and cannot find a way to do that!  Without the two connected I can't connect with Strava or other apps.

All you do is sign into the website with the same log-in credentials as you use in the app. There is no separate account. Just go to Fitbit.com.

I have done that and it's not working.  That's why I posted.

Plus, I can't get the app to sync with my Strava account, even though Strava says it's connected.  I seem to be having some connection issues.

Plus, when I set up my mobile app, it never had me create an account - so now I'm stuck in limbo land.
