I cannot get the sleep information since 12 Jan 2018, so i reset to factory settings today, an hour later, the sync problem still the same... Seem its related to the Bluetooth. I bought it in christmas time, before i buy this watch, i have compare with apple, Samsung. & 935, finally, i made a bad discision. Anyone can help with my ionic smart watch.

Hi, @Stevan852, are you syncing with a supported device ?  If so, then you should be able to sync, although occasional glitches will occur.

Whenever I am having sync trouble I find a simple restart usually works.  If not, yu can carefully work through these sync troubleshooting steps .

I did it well with the introduction with the supported Phone. So disappointed, and system cannot log my sleep record as well.

@Stevan852, if you have a supported phone then sync problems are usually temporary, especially if you try the troubleshooting steps in the link I provided.

Alternatively you can get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com

This week mine will not sync either.  I have tried restarting the watch, uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my phone, checking all my phone and bluetooth settings, having it sync to my computer and starting all over again, and none of it works.  I'm using mine with a Samsung Gallaxy and it worked fine for a month now, this week there are issues.  Sometimes my steps will sync and my sleep and other features will not.  This watch is too expensive to be having sync issues.

Agreed - much of the value the device has is in the application and if the device doesn't communicate reliably it's a HUGE disappointment for a watch in this price point. Bluetooth communication is a baseline requirement for many mobile platforms and this one really struggles in this area. I bought one of these for myself and my wife and using the Fitbit USB transceiver on Windows 10 rarely worked. Syncing was more reliable to our iPhones 6 and 7 but now even that fails. I truly hope they have their engineering team engaged on this. I like the design and product line but their flag ship model failure at the base level may sink them.
