Ionic syncing issues

Received my new Ionic yesterday to replace my original one that was not syncing and did all the updates to it and it worked fine. This morning I woke up check my watch for the time and noticed that it didn't match my phone by  10 minutes or so. I open the app and it kept trying to sync but would time out. I checked my Bluetooth and that was flashing between connected and not. Check the sync screen in the app and that kept going from looking to syncing back to looking finally it did sync but this is the same issue I was having before. It's like the app times out. I'm using an iPhone 6s and none of my other devices are having syncing issues. WTH

I appreciate you mentioned you're using an iPhone 6S. It's pretty weird that you're having syncing issues with replacement you got. I would like you to try this syncing troubleshooting once again. 

Also, reply to the following questions: 

- Do you have more Fitbit trackers/watches?

- Which ones do you have?

- Do you have the latest app version of the app?

- Do you have any other mobile device that you can try syncing with?

No I do not have any other Fitbit devices pair, I am running the latest version of app, and I tried to pair it using my Galaxy S9 and had the same problem. I did try the steps again today so I called text support today and waiting to hear back now

So after 3 hours on Fitbit number 3 on the way but still no answer why the first 2 stop syncing...
