My Ionic gets crazy, it measures time slower than it should. In every minute, it gets several seconds behind, making it completely useless as a watch and even as atracker, because heart rate counter relies on precise time emasurement. I tried resetting device, shutting it down and powering up again. The only other option which remains is factory reset 😞
Any help, please?

OK, I did factory reset - and Ionic died. I get 20 seconds of Fitbit logo, then a dark screen for 2 seconds - and over and over and over ...

I had this same exact problem minus the unit dying. my Ionic started losing time. the first day I was 12 minutes late for work since my alarm went off 12 minutes later.
it took FIVE customer service chats and multiple factory resets to get Fitbit to agree to send me a replacement.
even after they agreed to replace it I had to wait for my bad unit to arrive in their warehouse, wait another 3 days for them to confirm it was there and now wait for them to ship the new one. all told the replacement process took almost 3 weeks.
seriously thinking of selling the new one when it gets here and switching to Apple Watch.....
Fitbit's customer service used to be SO much better.
