Ionic to strava app on iphone

Help please, use strava app on iPhone and also track gps run on my ionic, it used to upload to my strava app on iPhone after I finished the run, my app also records the run, however both are linked to each other and my runs from gps on ionic are not longer automatically uploading...I’ve tried deleting app reinstalling etc, can anyone help please? Thanks in advance

Thanks for sharing your inquiry. Smiley Happy As you already tried all the steps that we could try from our end, I would consider contacting Strava Support directly; take a look of the Resources for the Strava App we have to do so. I hope the issue gets solve soon!

I've had trouble with my Ionic uploading my runs to strava a couple times. The first time it took 24 hours the other time probably about 12 hours but it did finally upload eventually. Currently I'm having trouble with reviewing the runs in the Strava app. It's been 2 weeks since the last one showed up in the app
