Hi, I got my husband the ionic last Christmas and two days ago he put it on charge but then we noticed it wasn’t charging and now won’t turn on, I came onto the internet to see what I could do to to solve problem, I have now tried all the cleaning and button pushing but still nothing. Can anyone help.
Hi this has just happened to me to about an hour ago. It was working fine and I was part way through a exercise when it just went blank. It has 60% charge and says there is no device found. I would appreciate a response to this issue.
i tried everything, so just now i attatched to a laptop, then put the two side buttons on the desk and pushed the back button , so it was on its side, after 20 seconds the logo came on and now seems to be working/....fingers crossed
