My ionic fitbit touch screen is not working? Any ideas what to do?

Mine just started doing this today. I push the left button and the clock face comes up but when I tap it to see my steps, data etc. it does nothing. It won't swipe to other screens either.

Tried Resetting twice and still no touch screen, Any other ideas?

All fixed after contacting support on live chat and doing a full reset of device
