To say I am fed up is an understatement. Since I got my ionic I have had endless issues. Now the touch screen is not working anymore. Considering the cost of these watches I expect alot more. Seems like they don't have a very long lifespan. For the price we pay they should last but instead they are rubbish disposable watches. I will never purchase a fitbit again. Such a waste of money. There is no support team. No where to take the watch for repairs. Terrible service fitbit!!!
