Hi,
in the past 36 hours my ionic has stopped recording my steps and isn’t detecting my heart rate. I tried turning heart rate off on multiple times, shutting down and restarting and finally rebooting my watch to factory settings followed by changing the clock face. However, it still doesn’t work. Can anyone help please? Thank you
