I can't get the watch to respond to my touch on the screen at all.  The buttons work.  the watch syncs with the app.  I have tried to restart it but holding the 3 buttons.   I can't turn off the watch or change the alarms. The display seems to be dimming and brightening but I can't tell if that is in response to the illumination in the room.  Any advice on next steps would be great.

I had the same problem this morning. I found this fix from N8teGee from 3-30-18 and it worked! 

Press and hold the left button, then swipe from the right hand side of the screen to the left, the screen wake setting should now be in there.
