Ionic touchscreen unresponsive after 70.8.0 update

I downloaded the recent update, which changes the navigation. The screen was glitching on and off, and I restarted it. After the restart, the screen doesn’t respond to touch. I restarted it a few times and nothing has changed. All the buttons work, and the screen is fine, just not the touch response. Anyone else having this issue?

I am also having this issue. I don't recall doing any update recently though. My screen is working but no touch response. I have restarted it (left and bottom right buttons) multiple times without success. Not sure what else to try.
