Hy,I need some hep with my ionic

It shut’s down and won’t get startet again!I can even restart it,and turn it on and it’s a new one!

Have you tried restarting it? (Press and hold the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs).

 

If that doesn't work and you are still having issues, I suggest contacting fitbit support for further assistance.
