Hi, ionic was shut down when i awoke this morning, 1st time it's done this since owning from 2nd oct, had to press reset sequence for it to work! ... Ionic had plenty of charge so no issue with power... Anyone else experienced this issue, any explanations?

Thanks

I was out for lunch today and went to show a friend my new Fitbit Ionic but it was completely dead (and I knew there was a good amount of charge in it).  Could't get it to power back up.  When I got home I put it on the charger and held down the left hand and bottom right hand buttons and it came back to life (with 36% charge remaining, so that wasn't the issue).  Not too happy.  Also, notifications have stopped working on it, when they did before, and it doesn't always sync properly with the app when trying to change a clock face.  I really like the watch but the tech doesn't seem to be quite right yet and I'm not sure whether to return it, quite frankly.  £300 is a lot of money for something that doesn't work properly.

This happened to me last night too!

Weird....and frustrating. No sleep data!

I still had problems yesterday and am now in a different country with work and was not syncing with my phone so showing the wrong time.  Grrr.  I got back to my hotel room, connected my phone to the hotel wifi and unexpectently, it all starting syncing (all the way through to the end this time), notifications started working and I was able to select a different clock face.  I don’t recall doing anything different to the usual, restart Ionic, restart Fitbit app and try again.  I hope it stays stable because I love the watch.
