Ionic turning off

My ionic decided to stop staying on today . I had to hook it back up to my charger for it to be responsive stayed on for three hours then shut off again I’m away from my charger so I didn’t without it all day. Same thing as happened to multiple people that I know all over the past couple weeks since the last update done around Fourth of July

To better assist you, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensor green lights are flashing or if your device is completely unresponsive? Please check our help aricle Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.
