I purchased an ionic for my wife in October for her birthday and it hasn't worked properly since the initial set up and subsequent resets. The problem is with the watch just turning itself off after a period of inactivity (both during exercise and normal daily use) and the bottom right button turning the watch off when selected instead of being a shortcut to select app. Resets appear to resolve the problem for a short time (1-2 hours) before the issue comes back for no apparent reason. It's extremely frustrating and disappointing that the watch doesn't work the way it's supposed to and none of the suggested fixes work.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.
