Having a real issue with my ionic. Second time it has just gone dead whilst running seems to be about 30 minutes into the run. It's not the battery. When I get home and put it on charge the fitbit restarts and there is loads of battery power left. Proving to be unreliable. Any fix for this?

Hi @Darkbananaman, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Is this affecting the Run exercise only or other exercises are also being affected? This issue occurs when you use the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature of your Ionic or just when using the Exercise app? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try our restart process following the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
Looking forward to your reply.
