I cannot get my ionic to sync with iPhone!
I’ve disconnected it reset it but it won’t sync!
Is it flawed? Is there anything else I can do?

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I have also sent in a customer service request and haven't had a response?
Today I deleted the Ionic from my device and attempted to reload it and each time the response was " Something went wrong" there was an error while trying to pair your device - Abort
I have read all the "helpful hints" regarding issues, and am of the opinion the Ionic must be on the blink!!
I really do not know what I can do to solve the issue.

Mine won't sync either! No problems with it in nearly 2 years until now. Beginning to think its this latest update?
