So around 3pm yesterday my ionic stopped working. I had 68% battery life, and no issues up to this point. Just shut off and won’t work. Tried a factory reset and nothing. Help please? Just bought those thing.

I agree man. It’s a joke. Also the warranty is 40% off a new product? That’s not a warranty, that’s a coupon to purchase a new defective piece of equipment. Back to Apple Watch for me.

Welcome to the Community @currysanders. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

I would like you to restart it and then charge it, this time try using different USB ports. Remember that we as Moderators and our Support team are always here to assist you.

Please stop with these ridiculous troubleshooting requests.  I bent over backwards troubleshooting mine.  I have two fail in less than two years.  I was offered a replacement at a "discount".  These are not inexpensive devices.  A replacement at no charge for Fitbit to prove two failing was a fluke seems like a reasonable request.

If we are all having the exact same issue with our Ionic, we are all trouble shooting it the exact way customer support tells us to, why is Fitbit still not taking responsibility?!?! Stop telling people to "plug it into a different outlet". It's insulting. We knew how to charge it correctly for the 14 months it worked correctly. Take some ownership Fitbit.

If you had read my post you’d see that it won’t restart. That’s the issue, the device will not turn on. I’ve tried different outlets, I’ve tried all the “resets” and nothing works.
