Ionic unresponsive

I recently started using my Ionic in the pool, no issues in the pool and coming out. Several days after the last pool session, my clock face says "clock error, try another clock face". So I went on the app to pick a different one but it will not install any clock I pick. The watch also will not reset, power off, or allow me to access any apps. It still keeps track of my step but only if I check the fitbit app. Had this watch since May 2019 and this is my first major issue.
