I keep getting "Ionic Update Available. A firmware update is available for your Ionic !" whenever I open the Fitbit app.
And it keep coming even if I update again. No help after reinstalling the app, factory resetting Ionic or even after changing mobile.
Please help.

@PrasadVarier, on the Ionic go to the Setting app, then scroll down to About. What version firmware does it indicate is installed on the Ionic?

In addition to what @LiliyaFitbit pprovided, I would add a couple steps to #1 to ensure a clean start. I would Force Stop the Fitbit app, then Clear Data, and Clear Cache. Then exit the phone Settings and proceed to #2.
