Ionic Fitbit crashed, black screen after update! Customer service states that never happened before. Judging from the posts here... This is an issue that Fitbit doesn't want to admit to.. Offered a 25% discount...really? I'll switch to Apple!

I was wondering if that was the problem too as it was acting funny since the update.
