Had a device 2 weeks, its running the current software as shownn27.71.6.19,the dashboard indicated a software update, trying to carry this out,it gets 25% complete and stops,after contacting support and doing this that and everything else,they wanted it it returned ,after id had 3 days use!!!,a week after recieving it theyve still got it
