Ionic vs Versa 2

I have literally just bought the ionic, is the Versa 2 actually better and should I return my ionic now and get the 2

So the Versa 2 doesn't have GPS... but how do you track which route you've taken? Are you using the GPS of the phone? Does it combine at some point? Or you only track your steps and no route?

All recent fitbits have connected-GPS, where your Fitbit connects to and uses your phone's GPS.
