Ionic waranty

Hello!

 

Just wondering, I got an ionic in July 2018 and now have experienced screen glitches. I have followed the advice given to others of the community but have had no results. I was wondering if there are only 1-year warranties because I am sure I signed up for a 3-year warranty.

 

Any advice?

Hi @AmelieMcK  the warranty from Fitbit is one or two years, depending on where you live on this world - click to read. I've never heard of a three year warranty from any source. Did you possibly purchase a warranty from a third party seller?
