After three years of great use my Ionic has unfortunately stopped working.
It will no longer charge and the back button had recently stopped working.
It’s frustrating as I was huge fan of the way the tracker looked and operated and I’m a fan of Fitbit overall.
Do you have any surplus Ionic stock that you’re willing to sell off at a discount?
Or willing to offer a discount on purchasing one of your newer lines as a customer loyalty gesture?
