I was trying to factory reset my Ionic because the time needed to be synced for my time zone. The Ionic had 100% battery when I tried it. The screen went out and will not turn back on or charge. I've had this since December, and starting to think I should've bought a Garmin. Help please.

I've had mine for a couple years and it just died a couple of days ago, no way to restart it. Currently looking at getting a Galaxy Watch as I don't think I can trust Fitbit anymore.
