Two days ago I received notification that battery was low. It was at 2%. I charged it overnight and again received notification it was at 2%. I went to charge after work, on for 3 hours and it would not charge. It kept saying 0% and going black. I tried to reposition and recharge, now it stays completely black. I have checked the plug and it works with other usb items. I have cleaned both connection points as described in other feeds. I have attempted to reset as described and then is no power to reset. This watch is 11 months old. Suggestions?????
Best AnswerI think your best option is to contact customer support in this case. They will be able to discuss any warranty options available to you.
I just finished talking w/ customer service for the same issue...6 month old Ionic, won't charge, nothing on the screen, cannot reset. They have offered a replacement...it is out of stock, but should ship within 2 weeks.
I hope that this is not a fatal flaw with the Ionic...there are quite a few folks on the Ionic forum reporting the same issue

Best AnswerIt might be something with the charger itself. Sometimes even if I have mine all hooked up properly, it doesn't start charging until I reposition it.
