I am so frustrated. I purchased Ionic because I thought with a $300.00 + price-tag, I would be able to have a really superior device with all the best features. So far, I cannot get it to do anything other than what a old fashioned pedometer will do for a fraction of the cost.
#1. I cannot change the clock face because: Unable to connect to Ionic error.
#2. I cannot update preinstalled apps because: Unable to connect to Ionic error.
#3. I cannot connect to Wi-Fi because: Unable to connect to Ionic error.
#4. I cannot sync Ionic with the app because: Unable to connect to Ionic error.
#5. I cannot set up weather because: Unable to connect to Ionic error.
I have done all the troubleshooting steps numerous times. This should NOT be this difficult!
Very disappointed with this purchase. Basically, I have a $300.00 step counter.

Hello @JanPerkins and thanks for reaching out. You mentioned you have tried the troubleshooting steps, but you didn't mention what those steps were. So, I'm going to provide some quick suggestions:
Resetting the Ionic:
If you still have a problem, try Shutting Down your Ionic:
On your watch, open the Settings app > About > Shutdown > confirm the shutdown. To turn your watch back on, press the back button.

I would also restart the device, I assume phone. Also when asking for help with a phone issue it is nice to include the type of phone/computer.
Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
