I read through all the forums for Ionics that won't sync. Tried all those steps, rebooting the watch, rebooting the phone, killing the app, turning bluetooth off and back on, etc. I even tried a factory reset on the watch.
Now, I am left with a watch that just flashes the Fitbit logo, won't pair with my phone, and won't even tell me the time.
Any other ideas? I haven't had it long enough to want to get a new watch, but have had it too long to take it back to the store.

The correct answer is: Try what you see here on the forums. I am presuming this isn't the first post you've looked at, and potentially not the last. Then contact support. I used chat. They tried a bunch of things and ended up sending me out a replacement. That one is syncing and working great.
