Ionic will not sync after initial setup?

Hi,

 

I am currently using your Ionic device, I have gone through every troubleshooting tip and trick i have been able to find, I have uninstalled the app after deleting the device from the app in my Samsung 7S edge at least 9 times over the last month of ownership, the device initially sets up each time and works as i imagine it should connects a syncs i can change the clock face and adjust the settings at this point via the app but once I've turned my phone off to sleep or just disconnected the Bluetooth for a few hours the watch just will not reconnect to sync and the watch just restarts over and over again each time the app trying to sync.

 

I cannot think of anything else to try as I have honestly tried everything listed on the other entry's on the support pages.

 

Please, PLEASE. Fitbit help me get this issue resolved.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Ionic ownership!

The watch is a dud. Ive tried everything as well.

Didnt work on my iphone, and doesnt work on my new android phone.

Spent ages and ages with support back and forward only for them to cop out and say that my phone isnt currently supported. 

I got so frustrated with the excuses I gave up.

Maybe it should have a warning on the box saying "WILL ONLY WORK INTERMITTENTLY ON THE FOLLOWING 3 PHONES" then I would have avoided and saved myself $400!

Have updated the firmware and am desperately trying to synch so I can at least save my data then I am going to return it. 

You only have to view these boards to see that Fitbit have released a lemon here and are not going to admit it.
