Ionic will not turn on.

Tried the usual stuff then tried turning it off and on again. Turned off ok but won’t turn back on now.

Hi, have you tried pressing all three buttons at the same time for 30 seconds to force a device restart?

This has been an issue since the last update rolled out on early December.

I’m having the same issue. I did a factory reset and now my watch won’t turn back on tried pushing all the buttons in different combinations but nothing.

Mine died randomly today.  Called support, he basically told me I was out of luck. These things don't even last a year!

Mine died this morning.

Warranty ended 1st of Dec 2019.

So this things only last for a year i guess.

Rest in peace my Fitbit Ionic.

This is going to be my last fitbit product.
