I have been trying to download Spotify on my Fitbit ionic, but it says that it requires an update. I have researched on the internet and have so far not been able to find a way for a firmware update. How do I update my ionic and download Spotify?

@choiboi Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I appreciate the research done prior to posting. Please follow this procedure to update your Ionic. Once you've updated it, you could double check that it has the latest firmware version by going to your Fitbit app > Tapping Ionic > Firmware version.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Hello,
I am having the same issue. My Ionic and the FitBit app both say that I am currently using verions 32.10.15
Can you please let me know if there is a newer version available, and how to go about forcing an update?

@ChefNef A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thank you for getting in touch about this.
I appreciate that you mentioned the firmware version that you have installed. The latest firmware version for Ionic is 27.71.6.19, please set up your Ionic as a new device to your account and the update should pop up during the process.
Let me know how the troubleshooting goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions!
