Hey Support-Team,
After not even three years my Ionic just gave up.
After getting wet it started to malfunction (showing "charging" while not actually on the charger; randomly rebooting all the time) and now it won't charge anymore at all. It just stays dead.
What are my options now? Is there any possibility of repair or maybe a replacement?
Thank you very much in advance!
Daniel

Hi @CrazyGringo, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. They won't do anything. Read the forums. Just read the new update post. Fitbit is bricking Ionic's. I guess they want people to buy a new model. There is a post with over 100 replies on how fitbit won't do anything besides giving you 25% off a refurb. Go buy a Garmin. 10x better product.
