Hi my watch went flat and it won't charge after the latest firmware update. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, can you leave your watch on charge for several hours and see if it responds. It should come back to life whilst on charge. Also try and do a hard reset (holding down all 3 buttons for about 20-30 seconds), you might need to do this a few times and see if there is a response.
I'll be around if you have any further issues.

Hi Mark, thanks for the advice. I left the watch on charge for a few hours without any success however I did the hard reset and the watch came back to life with 9% battery and I was able to put it on charge again. It's now 100% charged 🙂
